For the last 3 years, I’ve had the pleasure of building and implementing
McKesson U.S. Pharmaceutical’s Strategic Records & Information Management
program, based on Global RIM initiatives. As senior RIM manager for
McKesson’s largest business unit, I am responsible for developing
strategies to build Pharma’s RIM program, building the RIM network (now
~200 associates and growing), managing physical record inventory, providing
business teams guidance and solutions to improve the management of physical
and electronic information, and planning and conducting annual clean-up
events.
