Larry, everything that goes into those bins is required to be shred - my
question is about the Certificates of Destruction - because we do not know
the contents of the bins - do I need to retain the Cert of Destructions?
What value do they provide?

My point was, you said the bins were for NON-RECORDS.... so I'd say they
provide NO VALUE.

But then you said people ARE putting records in there, so if they are, they
they DO SERVE a purpose.

(??)  Did I miss something?
