About the Job
Special Counsel Information Governance is seeking candidates for a Corporate Records Manager job in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
*Supervise small team and manage records department activities and schedules.
*Implement records and information management policies and procedures.
*Develop and present information, educational materials and lead department trainings.
*Develop, strategize and lead records projects that uphold company and industry compliance standards.
*Collaborate with team and leaders to problem solve and manage change.
Qualifications:
*BS Degree in Business or IT. Master's preferred.
*5+ years of demonstrated records management experience.
*Global organization and Oil/Gas industry experience preferred.
*Strong Information Technology and Electronic Records background.
*Extensive experience and expertise with electronic records and document management systems and software.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
