Special Counsel Information Governance is seeking candidates for a Senior Manager, Risk Management job in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have the ability to manage deadlines and department projects to completion.
Responsibilities:
* Subject matter expert providing instruction and guidance in conflicts intake.
* Manage team and project activities and schedules.
* Ensure team is trained and knowledgeable on conflicts rules and procedures.
* Tracks and prioritizes incoming conflicts requests and communicates activity with team and management.
* Performs conflicts checks pertaining to firm needs.
* Maintains records of all conflict related activities and completes all necessary due diligence.
* Collaborate with IT to analyze and review technology to ensure systems are operating successfully.
Qualifications:
* J.D. required.
* 2+ years law firm experience.
* Demonstrated conflicts experience.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Proficiency using MS office and document management systems.
