Sadly at present?  It's more like "The Judgement of Solomon...." only
instead of one pleading give the 'baby' to the other... neither one wants
to claim responsibility for it.... but they BOTH share the liability if
they fail to "do the right thing" regarding it.

No simple issue, a paternity test doesn't resolve anything, joint custody
gets messy, and the child can't claim "Emancipated Status"
