I'm wondering if there are people who are working for Pension Plans managed in Ontario, Canada.Could you please share your experience in establishing Records Retention Schedule with your Plan.Unfortunately, I couldn't locate any clear requirements with "Bill 236, Pension Benefits Amendment Act, 2010" http://www.ontla.on.ca/web/bills/bills_detail.do?locale=en&Intranet=&BillID=2261
What quidlines do you use?
