MILFORD - To organize old records, and to manage the, quite literally, hard-to-avoid issue of storing them all, Town Hall plans to soon study how it can archive and digitize relevant files, while getting rid of those no longer needed. Town Administrator Richard Villani told selectmen at a recent board meeting that department administrators have been exploring the initiative because several departments have requested it.
