I agree with those who say keep disposal records long term.  Permanent?
Probably not, 50 or 60 years?  Possibly.  Having been in RIM waaayyyy too
long, I have experienced occasions when proof of disposal of certain record
series from specific record dates/years have been necessary 10 or 20 years
after they had been disposed, so long term is feasible.
