Having been in this profession for over twenty years now, I've run the
gammet from being a "one-man show" as Records Administrator for an
organization of approximately 1,000... to managing a staff of 50 for a bank
that employed about 2,500. In addition to myself as manager, I had 2
supervisors, 4 leads, and 44 clerical types at that bank. We had an
in-house filming operation (we didn't do scanning back in those days) and
also handled customer research for a bank that had about 200 branches in
four states with close to a million customers.
Good luck!
