> training, drafting or writing annual performance reviews and salary
> recommendations, monitoring attendance, proofing and approving weekly
> electronic timelogs, providing performance feedback, counseling, and

> 5. Works closely with senior management to (1) develop and implement
> departmental policies and procedures; (2) enhance user services and

> Qualifications: 1. BA degree, 5+ years law firm records management and
