Well, Larry you are not alone.

I have two direct reports and 11 contractors for a company of 40,000!  The only ones officially trained in RIM are me and my two staff -- the others are data entry personnel!!!

Two Sr. Records Administrators, one of whom is the On Site Records Center
Supervisor with a staff of two Records Clerks and the other is responsible
for Records Management Program Awareness and Training, including
administration of the Records Liaison Officer Program, who has a staff of
one Administrator whose primary responsibility is the maintenance and
management of the Records Retention Schedule.
