Our Board of Supervisors is scheduled to approve a new contract for offsite storage this Monday.  We came up with a usable set of requirements, including liability insurance for the facility with the County as a second insured party, but we could have used the new ARMA guidelines that were just released for review.  If you haven't seen them yet, I urge all of you who are using offsite storage vendors to look over them - even if you are currently in a long-term contract.  They cover many of the issues Steve raised.
