The list resides on a University of Florida server, a service for which
they ask nothing in return. The above-mentioned would be the sole
sponsors. The list is not affiliated with any records groups, although
there is much discussion of ARMA, ICRM, NARA, etc. (Listadmins, correct
me if I'm wrong on any of the above counts.)
The list is the place to go for solid RIM info, with lively discussions
among members worldwide. In the spirit of our Founding Fathers, a true
monument to democracy. Happy birthday, America!

Good afternoon everyone and Happy 4th to you all.
Would someone be so kind as to give me a description of what the
LISTSERV is? I ask because I use the things I learn on here a lot and
want to give credit where credit is due, but don't know how to
acknowledge the LISTSERV as a whole. My boss is asking if there is a
corporate sponsor or affiliation with a certain Records group.
Any assistance would be helpful.
