In case you do not receive any timely responses with retention
schedules, try searching North Carolina state statutes or adminstriative
regulations for workman's compensation requirements.  This may help
establish a base for your retention for this records series.

We are located in Raleigh, NC. We are a private law firm. I am going to
use any schedule I receive as a guideline and revise it to apply to our
firm. However, I am specifically interested in the retention schedule
for closed Workers' Compensation files.
