As mentioned in other responses, titles could mean nothing.  I'd be most
interested in whether the position is deemed to be a management position by the
employer, if you have decision making authority, what your
duties/responsibilities are,  number of staff supporting RIM.

I would include an option for "no formal education" or "on the job training".  I
agree that "Other" with an input field would be interesting.
