Hi Rae,

As an "old timer" in this field I've used a number of retention schedule
resources over the years.  One reference that I remember using awhile
back was called Clark.  Now I haven't seen it in quite awhile so maybe
someone else reading this can shed some additional light as to whether
it is still available.  I don't even remember who published it, but I
used it at several consulting assignments in Houston a few years ago and
found it to be helpful.
