one other note- 
A great workaround for getting stuff like this into an accessible format 
is the famous 'print to file'.
This can be via Acrobat, or one of the cheap/free PDF generators, or by a 
reeeaally old trick that some may have forgotten:

Create (on Windoze, anyway) a "generic/text only" printer, which is 
connected to 'file' rather than a printer port.
If the software you print from is particularly stupid, you may have to set 
this printer as default.
