I've replied to Anne off list with a copy of one I've found useful, and
referred her to NSW State Records web site for disposal authorities.

The same site also has sample policies and a treasure trove of other useful
documents. So does National Archives of Australia, all other Australian
State authorities, and many many overseas ones, even North American ones.
