Hi Peter:
   
  Would you or anyone you know have a generic proposal thatI can use for a File Reduction Project I have been asked to work on.
   
  The company I am working with needs to consolidate 30+ floors into seventeen floors and although the consolidation will take place over an 18 month period, I have been asked to put together a proposal for my company to bring to the table at our next meeting.
   
  I was surprised that the company that engaged me to manage this project didn't have a proposal already.  Can you help me with this request?
