Hi all, and with MORE apologies for cross-posting,
As I have noted a couple of times on the list and in discussions with some
of you, I am currently writing a book on email management. If you have a
best practice or horror story that you would like to share, either on the
record or as background, please contact me before the end of the year at
[log in to unmask] or (303) 574-1455. You can also contact me
by mail at:

I am particularly interested in discovery and production issues and in your
experience in getting users to manage their own emails effectively.
I am also looking for a small group of reviewers to help me make sure the
book is complete, accurate, and most importantly, actionable. If you have
significant experience in managing email, whether as an IT person, a
technically astute vendor, or a records manager, and can provide honest
feedback about one or more chapters, please let me know and we'll talk.
Reviewing a manuscript is not a paid position, nor an easy one, but I'd be
grateful for your assistance in making this a really useful book and will
acknowledge your contributions in it (plus send ya a coupla copies :D).
Regards,
Jesse Wilkins
