Ronald- Sounds like a job for your Locally owned off-site storage 
facility.  Not really sure why you'd want to take on the 
cost/responsibility of an in-house solution for such small quantities. 
Another question- How would you intend on handling the business 
continuity/disaster recovery aspects of the in-house solution?
