In response to Jim Mullen's comment that "if you're doing business with 
DoD/military your system is required to meet the specs in section 4 of 
5015.2".  In addition to the DoD and the military, all Department of 
Energy divisions and subcontractors also need to use DOD 5015.2 compliant 
systems for records management.
