Thanks Chris for taking the time to explain your thinking.  I originally
thought you were referring to the latest version of electronic documents
that had been changed in some way.  But your conclusion here seems more to
refer to the last version of the migration process.

Our plan for migrating legacy data will do just that - move the data to a
new version in a new respository (of course maintaining the integrity of the
record) so we can decommission the old "systems".  Mary
