well, it could be that a dtermination has been made that she has long term
value. In that case proper preservation steps should be taken. I think that
photo documentation has tracked any changes that were made. In addition,
while the context may have altered, the primary source remains intact. While
there might be evidence of long term value, I don't think an archival
assignment has been made. It might be retain until superceded.
