she needs, or ask her for clarification directly since she is not a
listserv member and is unaware of the nuances in records management and in
the listserv.  I have already told her it depends on her industry and
organization.

I received her e-mail as Newsletter Editor for the Orange County Chapter of
ARMA International:  "If you could please direct me to the person who can
assist me with this, I would be very appreciative.  I need to come up with
a list of the responsibilities of a Coordinator ASAP.  I tried to get some
attention from ARMA, so that I could order the book, but they have not
responded as yet.  Thank you very much."
