  Requirements





Position Profile: 

Looking for a motivated individual to join a fast moving design,
development, and implementation team working on IT SOX compliance. The
individual will be an integral part of a high-profile team with
responsibility for developing process and process controls to improve IT
process performance and efficiency. Additional responsibilities will include
implementation of Identity Management solution and establishment and
management of security policy. 

Essential Functions:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, understanding of IT
processes. Assists and supports the organization with initial compliance and
ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to the
requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation. Performs evaluation of internal
controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation,
as it relates to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) section 404 compliance. Conducts
ongoing SOX audits annually, assessing risk in terms of IT, financial,
operational and strategic controls. Identifies risk and evaluates
deficiencies while working with internal departments/business units to
appropriately remedy them. Communicates audit results and prepares written
documentation/reports as it relates to SOX, disclosing all significant
deficiencies to management. Facilitates internal training on requirements of
SOX compliance. Uses knowledge of SOX Act of 2002.

Required Skills:

Required knowledge and skills: Self-starter with knowledge of SOX compliance
requirements and audit processes, an ability to take direction within a
matrixed team, along with proficient written and verbal communication
skills. Our preferred candidate will be motivated and passionate about
process management, with a deep understanding of business process design,
and software/architecture interdependency assessments. Given the interactive
nature of this position the individual must be responsive to customer
requests; driven to collaborate through the development of customer
deliverables according to aggressive timelines.
