to see a variety of descriptions.

Considering the current size of the organization I would think they
would want to hire one person to manage both positions. I would say
that most records managers with the right amount of training are able
to handle the administration of an EDRMS, but that it would take a lot
longer to train an IT person to be a RM

ARMA is still working on the competency project and that when finished
will provide the type of information that you are really looking for.
