Here in Oz there are companies which specialise in moving you. It costs
money of course but they assess, plan, manage, shift, follow up and invoice
you. All very painless. Often these companies are run by ex military
logistics people. They are usually small (the company, not necessarily the
people) and sub-contract as needed to pull in experts and resources.

As an example, http://www.movecorp.com.au/. There are others. Mind you,
moving only 20 staff plus goods and chattels is a pretty small job if you've
recently moved whole airport terminals while operations continue, but if you
can find someone like that locally to you I can highly recommend the
strategy - it's worth it just for the peace of mind! Such a firm may be
happy to do a project plan for you even if they don't do the actual move.

I don't know where you are but a quick Google for terms like relocation,
facilities, logistics plus your location should get you started.

Cheers

Glenn

These views are mine alone. They may or may not be those of any
previous or present employers or clients. I don't know. If I'd asked
and they'd agreed, I would have signed it "Harry Peck and Co and
Glenn". Or whatever. But I haven't, so I didn't.
