Hi all, 

 

Zantaz announced yesterday they have signed a definitive agreement to be
acquired by Autonomy. If you're not familiar with them, Zantaz provides
solutions for content archival (especially email) and discovery/production.
Autonomy is an enterprise search provider whose toolset includes taxonomy
development/management and intelligent capture through their Cardiff
(Teleforms) subsidiary.
