I do not have the resources or the time to read all 20 books. The Robek,
Brown and Stephens book while good on records, contains little on
management basics as covered in exam 1.
I will source this out.

The one book to read to pass Exam #1 is:
G. Edward Evans, Patricia Layzell Ward, and Bendik Rugaas. Management
Basics
for Information Professionals. London: Neal-Schuman, 2000. There may be a
newer edition available.
