I am the system administrator for Interwoven's FileSite DM software at
my organization.  Our General Counsel is pleased with it and after an
initial adjustment period it has been accepted by our legal staff.  I
installed it about 2 years ago.  Although the FileSite Outlook client
can be a bit tricky to support I do think it allows for higher usage in
the e-mail realm due to the ease of document committal.

If I had the money to spend I would like to purchase the RM module. I'm
faced with doing manual disposition in this system in another year or so
and I'm not looking forward to it.
