I am fairly new to the list, but have been impressed with the amount of
knowledge list members have.  If I may impose on the membership, I am
interested in salary ranges and benefits for Director-level RIM positions in
Southern California.  Coming from the Midwest, I am having some trouble
converting to California $ and standards of living.  Please feel free to
respond privately if you'd prefer.
