Hmm... top 5 most important works on my bookshelf.

1. First and foremost - all published standards related to RIM or RIM
technologies. (yes, all I can find)
2. Two "Information Nation" books by Randolph Kahn.
3. "Computer and Internet Dictionary" third edition by Philip E.
Margolis. Absolutely indispensable when attending IT Division meetings
with all the techies. 8-)
4. Anything by William Saffady.
5. "Emergency Management for Records and Information Management
Programs" by Jones & Keyes. (OF COURSE) 8-)

Thanks, Ginny - what I'm really looking for though, is opinions of what
has come out in the past few years that you consider to be the most
important works on your bookshelf. So far, people seem to be pointing
me, in particular, to the works of Randolph Kahn, David Stephens and
William Saffady.

I'm also curious about Mark Langemo's book. I've been through Dr.
Langemo's amazing seminars - three times, actually - but I wonder
whether his writing on a static page can come across as dynamic as his
fast-moving (literally and figuratively) live presentations.

Thanks
David

I missed the beginning of this thread, but if you would like a
comprehensive list of RIM materials you can access the CRM Bibliography
at http://www.icrm.org/. Just click on "updated bibliography" in the
gray box.
