Note that within the chart are places that say "COMP" ... that's the
generic part .. replace COMP with your company's name. There are also a
few places that specify construction-related documentation, which should
be replaced with documents that apply to your line of business.

In the Yahoo group ... there is a flowchart that goes over 'What Is A
Record'. I think it helps break it down for the average user. I've
looked at it when talking to a user about their records, and how to
determine if what they are holding in their hand is a record.
