Hi, all (notice I didn't say "Hey, y'all", even though my fellow North
Carolinians would say I'm being unpatriotic),

I am interested in this information, as well.  Our project team calls it
'benchmarking'.  I am experiencing issues with gathering information
from others perhaps due to confidentiality concerns.  Any pointers in
the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Does anyone have an ESI Policy that they are willing to share (on-list
or off-list) or know of a source for a template or generic policy that
could be leveraged?  We've got one underway (in collaboration with IT
and Legal) but team wants to know what others are doing and how it
'ranks'.  Also want to indicate to reviewers at executive level that we
have benchmarked it against what others are doing.
