I had the same difficulty passing the ERMm case study the first time.
It took me a second try to pass.
For my first attempt, I didn't understand that they only wanted us to
answer one segment of the case study. I tried to answer all of it,
which was enormously exhausting, and I didn't go into sufficient detail
on anything.
The notes/comments that I received back with the results of my first
(failed) effort were very useful in guiding my second submittal. It
turned out that I simply needed to expand on some of the concepts I'd
introduced.
