I am curious if any records managers have developed a Records Hold Matrix or
checklist that they use for tracking purposes for when their company stops
the destruction of records due to pending litigation. By matrix, I simply
mean an excel spreadsheet, etc. that may contain columns titled "Case Title",
"Date of Records Hold", etc.
