Hi,
Have been asked to find out what people are doing with documents that
use Track Changes. WORD and other WP applications allow collaborative
changes BUT "track changes" creates a sort of sub-document that retains
the changes even if all the changes are accepted and a final produced
(that doesn't show any changes). Is there a way to finalize the
document (for the record) and remove all history of the changes? I've
heard that some people create a PDF from the final, or an HTML document.
It seems to me that even a document that was not a final would still be
subject to e-discovery. I'm pretty sure this is true but am hoping for
verification or dispute.
