I did create a CBT course.  I used Outstart Trainer as the CBT software
- 
Here is the outline:
Getting started
	Guide to Training, How to use the Course, Course Objectives,
What is info Records m	management, Value of Records, Terminology and
Definitions, Stages of a Record,  
Policies and Procedures
Retention Schedule
Managing Company Information-Records
Records Storage
Records Disposal
Tools and Compliance

Then we have a 15 question Assessment that gives them a pass (80% or
higher) or no pass.  They can opt to print pout a certificate, and we
track usage and the assessment

Good afternoon,

 

I'm curious as to whether anyone had developed any computer-based
training (CBT) or web-based training (WBT) for your RM program?  If so,
what components did you develop this for, and how were they received?
Did you actually create it yourself and if so, what program did you use?
Or, did you provide content to your IT, Training department, or a vendor
and they wrote it?

 

I'm also curious to anyone else's response to CBT or WBT programs... do
they work--not just for RM, but for other areas too, like HR?  If you
use  them in your company how well are they received?
