Canadian financial institution and would like to ask the following 
question.

If you are responsible for monitoring retention requirements for a records 
management system how do you go about?

We are presently reviewing the Canada Gazette, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt 
LLP Legislative Updated monthly newsletter and four Provinces Gazettes on 
a regular basis.  I also receive the Carswell Business Records Retention 
Law & Practice and Statues & Regulations binders.  I am curious on what 
other Canadians are doing.
