managers.  I am interested in knowing:

Annual budget for conferences for you and your staff
Which RIM,ERM related conferences you attend and what value you derive
from that conference
Which conferences you don't attend but would if your budget permitted
Primary drivers for attendance
Greatest hurdles preventing attendance
