Steve makes a good point - the ICRM does not accredit or certify
educational courses or programs. I've come across a few brochures
stating so; all I can say is buyer beware.
In regards to Lynn's question, a bibliography and handbook, with
sample questions, are available on the ICRM website at www.icrm.org.
I would also encourage you to consider attending a CRM preparation
seminar. Orange County is hosting one the end of this week and the
Houston ARMA Chapter, in conjunction with the ARMA SW Region, is
conducting one in April.
