Hi Sheryl,
Although I work for a Texas State Agency, I have offices all over the
state. What I did was place the questionnaire on an excel spreadsheet
and sent to all the Records Coordinators statewide. They used that
spreadsheet for every filing cabinet in their work areas.
I've attached the spreadsheet we used.

Since I'm new to the Listserv, here is my a little info about myself:
I've worked with records management in different capacities at both
public and private organizations for over 15 years now. At this time I
am the Records Management Officer over Texas Department of Agriculture,
have been for eight years. I've served on the ARMA Austin Board of
Directors for two years. I am currently on a state RIMCC committee to
push forth a Records Management Officer job description for all Texas
State Agencies to utilize. RIMCC is a Governor appointed council. They
are called Records and Information Management Coordinating Council
(RIMCC). They asked me to be on this committee and one other this year.
I look forward to knowing you all more and have enjoyed the information
coming forth from everyone. Thank you for sharing some really good
information.

Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Stephanie Jones
