Hello Everyone,
I am working on a global records management program for a worldwide company based in US but having foreign locations in Europe, in Canada, in Asia and South America. I would like to get some details from someone who already did a global records management before, so it will be hepful.
I would appreciate sharing your experiences in all aspects as follows: Policy, Procedures, Retention schedule
Please, if anyone has a sample documentation shown all criteria and work flow preparing an implementation for a global records program; I would like to share the experiences with you.
What is the best practices on lauching the records assessment to the foreign location?
Is better working with US records management consultant on international level or trying to work with local lawyers?
Do you have some references for good records management consultant that did/does a global records program?
Thank you in advance for all your help
Have a nice day
Michel
