All,
Thanks for the help on the question.  I knew I could depend on this
group AND....I will seriously consider Steve's idea - I have always
liked road trips!!  If I did this during SXSW I could probably give a
band a ride and get live music on the road - or perhaps I could channel
the spirit of Don Walser.

Re Bert's - the dish Larry mentioned is the T man and it is alive and
well.  Also the Far West Location has been there as a satellite to the
"mother ship" for a long time - it does not have the great Earl Campbell
and Darrell Royal photos and the wonderful "Austin weird" shabby
ambience of the original, but it does still have the great Q.
