Bill/Mary,

The litigation hold compliance is complex area that requires careful
assessment and planning of existing processes. Based on a variety of
factors, what might work in one organization will not in another.

I would be happy to discuss this subject offline.

Best regards,

Rick Wolf

I'm looking for some information on how other companies handle

litigation/compliance holds for detached or subsidiary offices. I work for

a large insurance company with numerous agency offices in the field. We're

trying to determine best practices for handling litigation holds or general

records management with these entities.

Any experience or advice you have would be greatly appreciated.

Mary Frances Janicik, CRM
