Patrick brings up a good point here. Be sure to read the FRCP  as it relates
to the "Safe Harbor" provision and the burden of producing information. I'm
not an attorney, don't pretend to be one, but using your backup tapes for
retention purposes may cause problems when it comes to litigation.
