In setting up our EDRMS we have encountered some problems with e-mails 
which are sent to the EDRMS.  Our EDRMS takes a "snapshot" of the 
e-mail.....in essence an image of the original.  As a result, you cannot 
open the original e-mail.  The problem is this.  If we have an attachment 
with the e-mail, we have to "snapshot" the e-mail but store the attachment 
as a separate document within the EDRMS repository.  This is awkward for 
the user.  We have Lotus Notes for e-mail.....apparently our EDRMS 
software only puts the attachment and the e-mail together for Outlook 
e-mails and not Notes.

Does anyone have this same problem and if so, have you solved this 
problem?
