and I don't think that there ever will be a magic silver bullet. All anyone
can do is to do the necessary research and analysis, and then select the
format that best meets their institution's needs. Additionally I think it
will take multiple formats to properly preserve information. Your going to
need a combination of paper, film and digital to properly preserve
information. Shoot even England's Parliament still uses vellum as a medium.
