Tom,

What industry are you in? Sometimes an industry association has these
types of tips. For example, on the AIA website you can find tips on how
to set up a project filing system.

Subject: [RM] Advice on how to file

Hello all,

I'm looking for websites or free publications that I can give to offices
on how best to file/manage paper records. I've seen the bits on the
ARMA site about management of paper records (their pamphlets). Can
anyone please point me to other resources that might be available.

Please reply to me privately. If others are interested, I can post
responses to the list.

Thanks,

Tom Steman
